Aye. It's closed allreet. Just come past after topping up me TARDIS. Nice little groundswell though. Might hit Roker beach first of the flood the neet. Nee worm tho' just git balls of mussel.

Roker pier closed/open over Christmas/New year? Watch this space. I'll keep you informed.

pier is open with massive sea running and big swells plus blowning a gale good luck if heading down i gave up lol

Just had me TARDIS out (first time this year). It goes without saying that Roker Pier is closed. Big ESE sea. Green water round the end. Smallish tides but there'll be sprags in them tharr river mouths / estuaries the neet or I am not The Doctor.

Pier closed yesterday for what reason i do not know, unless they opened it late afternoon.

While i'm at it, someone needs climb up and clean Roker Webcam
