i prefer to fish on a night,the way things are going at the minute ad expect it to be a long night!!! planing on getting out the weekend me self like!

you defo need a head lamp mate, to see when baiting up if nothing else, possibly a tip light, plenty bait and in this weather some warm clothing, depending on whereabouts on the pier ya fishing, plenty leads and rigs as well, especially if fishing the barrier

day time fishing more pleasurable imo you can see more whats going on.

but a lot of people say night fishing is more productive.

take plenty of clothing, hot drinks,and two headlamps one as a spare in case something happens to main one.

and lastly something big ie wheel barrow to cart all your fish off.

your bait should be fine m8 but i think the fishing has gone a bit quite for now.
