First catch report on here lads and I didn't catch anything!
After New Years day dinner yesterday thought I could squeeze in a couple hours fishing with me dad and brother, since the weather was nice and me dad is working 12hr shifts the rest of the week! We got down to the yacht club (surprised to see the ratty fenced off, thought they were making it safe?) just on high water and fished til just after 9.
Got 6 whiting, think I've uploaded the pic right? 5 caught by me dad 1 caught by me brother and I blanked, must have been 6yds apart and I blanked. Gutted. But nevermind it's good to see others catching fish too!
Baits used were mackerel and squid, some lug was given by someone leaving and I couldnt catch anything on that either!
