went down to roker today arrived 9.30am the pier was closed ? sea flat, so we moved up to ssp water very low so walked up to the 44 shot bait for the day rag. lug. bluey. first cast a nice coalie second cast a small codling my m8 catching the same apart from a nice dab .
pier closed at 4.30pm so came off ended the day with a total of 7 fish. nowt big but an enjoyable day out again with my 8 tacking the p**s out of my casting but I was still catching fish and lost no gear so that's a bonus.
finished of the day off with a pint and a curry end to a perfect day

like a curry after a days fishing order the meal at my local take away, then go to the pub next door for a pint pick up the meal then back home with two cans to wash it down cant go wrong m8. :red:
