Me and Deano headed out before 7 am this morning, fairly lazy swell greeted us, but no wind for a change and a decent days fishing in prospect.
First bad thing of the day, my reel packed up, so needs to be fixed before our next trip.
Again fishing was not prolific with each wreck only offering up a few fish and we had to cover a few wrecks to get our total of 30 codlings, only a couple velow 4lb, rest were between 4-10lb.
I relatively unimpressive day compared to other reports on here, but it was enjoyable in parts and nice day to be at sea.

if you can get to sea on a warm day,flat sea, and get a few fish you have had a good day.
it dosent always have to be frantic or double figure fishing,in fact after some of those days you come back knackered,and wishing you had a nice "steady "day:exclam::exclam::exclam:

Still a good bag of fish for your efforts. By all accounts, there were many wrecks with very little on them, so well done for plucking away.

my only complaint from yesterday is that I was too cautious with the sun cream as my tan isn't as good as I wanted it to be
