Wild321, i use a Drift Innovations Ghost-s, the battery life is 3x longer than go-pro and you don't need a waterproof housing.

Thanks. You should do, i started last year and it dramatically improved my catch rate and it's great fun. There are plenty of 2nd hand boats at good prices, if you don't mind a few scratches, i picked mine up for £240 with a paddle and a seat.
