Rough Ground Off Sunderland 1st August

Left Sunderland At About 9am Heading For The Rough Ground And Some Inshore Marks Within 5 Miles, Setting Up Gear When I Looks Into My Tackle Box To Find I left The Bait At Home In The Fridge , Anways Dropped Down And Straight Away Mackrall We Must Of had About 50 Between 3 Of Us Within 5 Minutes, Anyway Baited Hokkis Up With Large Strips Of Mackrall And Within 2 Minutes A Cracking Bite Producing a 6lb 4oz Cod My Friend Shortley Had A 5lb 2oz Cod On The Same Spot After That Constant Good Sized Whiting And Codling Coming In 1'ns And 2's All Good Stamp,At About 3ish We Called It A Day With The Sea Buliding And The Rain, Overally Enjoyable Days Fishing With Plenty Good Fish Caught And Good Sport From The Mackrall
