Got tangled on a wreck and when trying to pull It out, I broke my Shakespeare Ugly Stik 30lb boat/braid right in the middle.


Just when I wanted to throw it into the bin, I remembered that I bought it @ Andy Rutherfords shop in Roker.

No receipt no gurantee, but Andy acceped it and managed to get it 1:1 replaced by Shakespeare...and even the newer 2014 model.

A good example why we should not buy too much online!

Great to hear,its that type of service you wont ever get from Online Auction and Non UK websites .....
