Alreet lads posted this earlier but it seems to have gone missing!.Fished shields pier mid morning Tuesday not alot happening with ragworm small coalie at the 44 couple of small codling/1 flattie on the end(all returned) but shed loads of mackie/coalies hit at teatime.At coalie corner a couple of young uns got 2x2lb pollock on spinners(nice fish) and another lad had 1 over 3lband on daylites,he had over 100 fish this all happened around teatime on the end,i took of the rag and joined in on the daylites coming in 4 at a time mackie and coalies.all coalies returned kept a dozen mackie,about 40 fish in an hour pier watchmen couldnt believe it every hook in the water had a fish on it.seen nowt like it.Died down about 6pm came home wrecked,getting to old for all the excitement lol
congrats on ya 40+fish, lots of bait for ya now too.... glad you had a fun exciting day out, you can never be too old for fishin.
