the game yesterday came on the back of a crap cup performance in middweek.that shows how MR Oneil can lift the lads.odowd and his merry men should not be allowed to ref big games,the pen decision was a absulte joke,and the lads had every right to complain.not to worry 4 pts from 6 can't be bad bring on the cockney spive and his next week at the SOL.;)
 
robbed a think the ref shud went to specsavers ..they was diving all over after a penalty and that Balotelli spat his dum dums out on that free kick :D

Yes Beachbuddy they were certainly robbed and they always seem to fizzle out when the game is about over Mr Oneil needs to give them some pep pills or something as they just hav/nt got the energy to finish a perfect game and why did/nt they play like that when Everton beat them as to me there is something sadly wrong and Manchester City should never of had the penalty given as to me it was a sham..:mad::mad::mad::mad:
 
Not robbed just undisciplined final 15 min performance cost you the 2 points, we did the same against Wolves a few games ago...switched off and got punished against a team that wnated it more.

After today i am now saying we will be above Sunderland come the end of the season, been putting off for two games in saying it as i feel we are touch and go some games with poor performances but after today that should seal it, team started playing well again last 2 games.

Yes I have to agree Newcastle will finish above Sunderland this season.............mind you it's the first time since 2008! they have done well this year and so have we considering the awful start we had. Let's see if both of us can improve again next year.
 
I still do think he is good but either it be the service, formation or just a case of heart not in it, he has been poor of late.

When we had him he was scoring often, making the headlines good and bad every week and also in the England team a couple of times...now he is just a hate figure for the carrrrmmm down's

it was a penalty, a soft one, but a penalty. just like carrol's was a dive yesterday, just like perch made a meal of minimal contact , reina deserved to be sent off, perch deserved his yellow. fed up of people (supporters??) blaming ref's, if 90% of the player's weren't such cheating bas***** then it would be a better game to watch, i really don't like cheats, and really , really don't like smb's, with their webbed feet , 6 toes, and cheesy chips.... what goes beep beep beep beep? sunderland's open top bus reversing back into the garage..

according to sky sports news everton have a new shirt sponsor, cillit bang, it gets the scum out of the cup.....

but that's not as funny as vaughans first touch against e everton, what a finish , ha ha h ah ah ha ah ha ha

Honestly it really ticks me off reading these footy threads on here, its only friendly banter, no need to **** take and call names.

As far as am concerned, its a game, not a life or death battle. I support Newcastle, and what Pirch did was just general play, every player out there will milk the game for everything they can, and he didnt foul Reina, it was a fair tackle which Reina over-reacted to, to which Pirch played to his advantage to give his team the advantage.

This happens in football all of the time. Remember, its just a game of sport...

i go to sjp and watch newcastle, i go to 10 away games all over the country per season, and i support nufc, have done for the past 40 years, i actually like perch, but he made himself look like a plumb, just like you have. you don't like football so just don't comment. you haven't got to comment on every single post in every section of this forum you know, your probably a smb in disguise....

codseeker wasn't trying to put you down, thought you were having a play on words ie ceased / never had a bus, no trpohies in the cabinet, you know what you meant..so i'm not guilty on that one, well not intentionally anyway

andy, catch reports? catchy catchy reporties? i know it's hard for you to believe young man, and it may not sink in immediately ,but not everyone who goes fishing posts catch reports. (or takes a million photo's for that matter) that's why i posted on a non-fishing thread......silly boy

ps. just for the record i didn't have the best of winter seasons, maybe a dozen sessions, maybe less, i only go when the conditions are good, packed in match angling couple of years ago. this season i managed around 15 in size codling, best to approx 5.5lb. also managed a winter trip to arbroath / bervie / tangleha / usan. pretty poor overall compared to last season, when i had a lot of good days, i have a little boat which becomes the fishing platform most weekends over the summer so i hope to get a couple more doubles this season. but i wont be putting any catch reports up, just isn't my thing.

there you go , a short summary of my winter catch, better? good. happy days
