What's your views on the saltist reels.

Silver v Black.

Is there any difference, or is it just cosmetics.

Purely cosmetic, gives them an excuse to hike the price as well

I have the silver version and i love it also it has quality feel.

Id also say it would be the look of the reel with the black maybe a lil more tinkering with gears i dont no. I also own a silver saltist there real good reels strong and very robust. I recomend it to any angler

Black model def casts better and hides scratches the silver ones a strong wind strips the paint
