this week we see sandman down the blenny hill comp on the wear and we was asked to test out and review 2 new rods the SONIK GRAVITY SURF, a few fish on camera and the new sonik rodS are outstanding, just hope sonik has now changed there ways now.

nar davie snapped his lead off mate, every rod he casts he does the same, so we passed him the 15 ft rod to try after and he he done the same thing lol

Can't understand a rod company that puts it faith in a -hite Chinese manufacturer,rods are absolute -hite then change to another Chinese outfit and try to market rods £300 plus I'd rather buy a crab-line, total and utter crap.
 
Paul once again a cracking vid helpful and informative. and this statement is not aimed at him at all but at Sonik theselves.
Sonik has got themselves such a bad rep now with a lot Anglers even if they started using century and zippy blanks (WHICH THEY DON'T LOL) I think it would take a long time to get people to fully trust there rods.And saying they've changed from a bad Chinese factory to a good one?? all those with older Soniks with be thinking so I've got a rod from the crap factory bet that wasn't said when they were handing over there hard earned for there new rod.

Exactly right enduro it's took sonik goodness knows how long to rectify a ongoing problem with there snapoflex range,ring problems ect.
Totally agree with all those anglers that have spent hard earned cash to here they've changed manufactures due to quality,as I say I've never ever owned a sonik nor never will,would rather buy minter off the forums,cause with £300 notes you will get a quality piece of kit that will last.
 
£85 😂😂😂😂 I have had a waggle of this rod and beleive me it might say sonik on it but it doesn't feel like one. Super light very nice scratching rod. And this is coming from a lad who hates sonik

Always enjoy your videos it was just the stupid claims if the yakki rods I didn't like, now I am still un sure of the sonik
But from what I have seen and been told it seems a excellent rod. HAd it together outside Andy's nice and powerful for the type of rod, seems well built with top end fixtures, if it didn't have sonik on it I would of never guessed it was.

its a mint rod im hoping its a rod what will make people want to buy a sonik again, if i had £300 for a rod and all i done was light ground fishing i think i would buy one, paul was surprised as anyone yesterday when he used it, we give all the lads a go with them after the comp and every one said wow what a nice rod,
we was going to do a normal review with it on the pier few casts but thought we will see what its like fishing with it,
