Anyone else looking at Saturday morning for a jaunt off? If I didn't have things planned it would have been a trip off today! Not a full on session on saturday just two or three marks to see if there's anything showing then back in for dinner time, fingers crossed!

Was thinking about having a go on Saturday, but the winds are going northwesterly 8-9mph mid morning, but now Sunday looks the best day for drift fishing, High pressure right over us on Sunday so should be light winds all together, but as it keeps changing, will keep my options open.
What channel are you on Graham.

Good luck if you get out lads. I’m keeping an eye on the weather and am split between making the most of the last month in the river season and a chance to get afloat.

I wimped out and gave it a miss as it was bloody cold this morning, watched my eldest son score two goals for wideopen under 8's instead which was just as rewarding!
Amble club match tomorrow night for my fishing fix!

Yeah, it was rather nippy this morning as I checked out the sea, but will be giving it a shot tomorrow as up to now, the forecast looks good.
