Sea State - Newbiggin area

Does anyone know how rough the sea is in the newbiggin area? I've checked the marina webcam and it looks reasonably calm, but on the roker and tynemouth cams the sea looks huge.

just returned home from sea biggin.the bay looks reasonably calm compared to behind the old breakwater and sandybay mouth(looks huge):exclam:
