Blanked,fished into the dark ,cart blacks squid mussel bluey tried all sorts,bloke next to me been there since lunch time 1 small codling.5/11

I fished just north of featherbed rocks 5.30pm until 8.30pm, not a touch! Getting alot of rubbish on line, know there was one small codling on spiles.. Poor!

I was there yesterday and blanked. By the ramp. Blacks and squid-not even a bite. Guys around me struggling as well.

After dark on a flat sea you can murder the Whiting, two at a time is not unusual on lug and fish baits but even the sea rats seem to be a bit hit and miss this autumn.

Thanks mate, I will try that, I had a couple of decent Whiting last time I was there.
