Had a look down on Friday,is it open yet as it looks very sparse and hardly any boats moored there. Gates locked and no body about.
seems very small pontoons as well.What size max can it take.
Got a pleasant surprise as my old boats moored there on the first pontoon on the end.
All white hull Icelander called wahoo 11,looks like he's working the boat with pot hauler and nets' bought this as hull and deck only and fitted it out mid 80s.
Anyone know who owns it now as the last time I saw her was at Amble marina some years back.
 
HI,Harry.It does look quiet at the moment,a few boats starting to come into the marina shortly as most have already payed fees at other marinas till the end of march.
The Wahoo is owned by a couple of guys who are local,they where previously down Hartlepool.
Hope this is of some help.

Harry, it isnt open to the public till April, by then the new gates will have been fitted and the cafe should be open. I think the max size is 10m for the boats...:)
