seaham last night

after 4 cans of beer got a phone call asking if i wanted to go fishing for a few hours so i kicked the cans to one side and grabed my gear got to the mark at 11;30pm the sea looked very promising first chuck had a little rattle but struck 2 late and missed the bugger a few chucks later had a cracking bite resulting in a 2 and a half pounder (my 1st cod for 2010) as well chuffed missed a couple of more bites and landed another cod (my bait as bigger than it so i returned it) got back in at 5:30am and bloody freezin but atleast i started 2010 with a cod
