Seaham Open

Hello,

I usually fish the holderness coast but am thinkig of coming up to take part in the seaham open.
A couple of things:

How far south is boundary, it says Dene Holme Pipe Horden, I know were Horden is, but were is the limit?

I ask because I was thinking of fishing this area, is it ok to park at the car park at the end of Cotsford Lane?

yes u can park in the carpark,bottom of the beach road just down from cotsford lane.dene holme is just 2 the right from where the carpark is up 2 where the beach banks start again.it's the gap between the beach banks to the right of the carpark.The pipe which is no longer there is situated between these 2 points.
