i think me and mick are fisihg seaham tomorrow for the first time, anyone got any tips? whats the ground like? which bit is best to fish etc?

Ian i cased it out on my last visit. Looks like the top half out to sea is the best. I am a bit concerned about tomorrow as a lad Ian from tnesa site has been updating as to the fishing and its pretty dire. saying that it looks dire everywhere..
Still there is a long Chemicalbeach round the corner it looks shingle/stone beach so if there is a bit surf we can have a loook round-better than work.
