Seaham pier.

My mate and I fished the pier on Friday 23/02/2018. Never had a bite same as Tuesday before. We used oiled lug, squid and Mackie but to no avail. Casts from 30 yards to the horizon and still zero. What is the best bait for this mark, is there any bait that works better off this pier than any other bait.

Hi mate try fresh yellow tails tipped with squid or macky frozen blacks also work
Don't rate oiled blacks or oiled lug at all on our coast pal never seen 1 fish caught with it also try and go after a easterly blow when the wind turns to the west (best for good results )
