seaham south last night

fished over high water last night, things were going pretty slow with 6 other anglers on, saw the odd small codling.
managed two bites , two fish and didnt turn out to be too bad after all.
the bigger fish was estimated at 8lb

well done mate couple of nice fish nice 2 meet u wish i had stayed up that end of the pier now wasted a lot of good bait and lost quite a few rigs down the bottom end it was quite poor last nite only had a few small knocks which never came back hopefully it should pick up with the easterly winds tho.

Well done Dean-thought about coming down from Hartlepool but stuck with the Heugh-was the South pier ok for fishing.

A hike to get there and you always loose tackle.
