Went fishing down seaham hall agine last night couple of bites last cast picked me rod up lifted me rod up no weight got me geer in and I noticed I had no hook on I looked and yep no hook it looked like it had bin cut cleen off fresh 25lb hook line and new hook so god knows what happend but apart from that not even one fish

Used to happen to me all the time when I lived down south and fished the Solent, Spider Crab were the culprits. While it is a pain to be retying hooks the positive is that where there are Spider Crab then usually the Smoothhound are not too far behind...
