Hello lad just in. Me and Ian had an afternoon on seaham today. we both fished two rods. He got two flatties and i got a baby codling. 30 guys had just fished a compo and heard only two decent flatties caught. Also saw three boats towed up the ramp one cod caught between them.
heres me cod.

I,m going to still have a few cracks at the old sea fishing before the fly. Think the season is about up for cod but i,ll try for some Bass/flatties in the coming weeks.
I,ll be renewing my licence in April and wetting a line about then.

The Soniks are good rods for the price Mick i have the SK3 14ft rough ground rod ( £110 ) bought it last Oct and used it all season on rock marks from Cambois to Craster and i carnt fault it. Next time i am at Blyth think i will have a look at there Fly Rods.
