seal cub on the beach

was at the beach infront of the sand dancer pub and saw this seal pup on the beach it stayed on the beach for a couple of hours and then just swam about in 2 foot of water think it was a bit confused with the clocks going back:D:D

fishing the club match on the end of the pier there was 2 seals out one bull was huge and had a cod in its mouth must of been 5lb it was struggling like mad with it :o
 
earlier in the year around march time their was loads of them on the same beach was loads of them they sounded like dogs barking
 
Anyone know whether any seals have been showing up on the beach over the past few days?, would love to take a chance and pop down their, and get a few photos.
 
I am shocked someone has not put "did you not club it" or along them lines. Great to watch, i went up eyemouth the other week when the sea was huge and the harbour was full of seals hiding from the waves...a big bull came in and he looked shattared.
 
There will probably be more showing up as it's breeding season I believe. Once they've gained their weight they're on their own and the mothers start breeding again.
