Well unusual season like with that first big sea we had seemed to go on too long afecting the catches. Anyways started to pick up for me the last 3 weeks or so with odd canny fish coming in . Best over 7lb . All from me usual seaham marks. Fortnight ago won a penn 525 for a size codling in seaham open. Caught a 4lb 9 today in shields thought it was the winner lol got wet for it. Happy days nee pig or big comp win yet this season .

Brill night down ryhope on tuesday. Had a
nice fish in the competition over 8 pound. But so did micky davison beating me by a few ounces lol

Been toying with heavy mono braid and different hook styles lately.. am convinced there is bigger fish to be caught on a more regular basis. Its all about getting a strong hook up. And being able to muscle the fish back

Some cracking fish Dean, bicester so far for me 6lb last week in the humber. Should be up over Christmas and Jan if you're about.
