Well Paul ( Fishfinder ) and myself fished the comp. Today , a few good bites but nothing for me ,however Paul saved the day with a two codling ( one in size ) and a nice wrasse ,it's the first time I've fished North crab hill and I can't remember the last time I saw so much exposure ...low water rock exposure I mean lol . Great craic as expected and good to see Paul at the prize table ,nice to say hello to Tony ( loads of prizes ) Bax , Gavin and Scott.

Didn't realise you were taking pics steve pleased you got my good side though :D never seen it empty out like that before

Thanks to everyone who fished today,as Paul said Kingy won it with 4 fish for 15lb 7oz from Newton. All of the top 6 or 7 bags came from marks north of Amble,a few fish from the Cullercoats/whitley Bay area and suprisingly very little from Newbiggin-Cresswell(although that area seems teeming with just undersize codlings)Nice to bump into Paul and Steve again, well done on getting a couple out Paul!
Gav.
