fished steetly pier yesterday morn for couple hours,not much getting caught as sea was dirty, but still enjoying being out until this numbtie came on and started throwing this bloody net off the end,most of us packed up, point is are they legal off piers and breakwaters.

never seen nets off a pier-can you describe how big it was.

never seen anyone throw nets out before, but one well known angler once told he does it to get a good supply of sand eel cos he fishes comps all over the country so a imagine its legal, maybe someone else knows better.
