After a few months of waiting and reading old and new catch reports to get me by the new boat turned up at the dealership on Wednesday. Me, Micky and my eldest lad went down on Wednesday afternoon to have a look at her.

fine looking vessel, enjoy:exclam::exclam::exclam::exclam:

she looks spot on..................cracking boats

bet you can't wait to get it wet,

do you have to run in the engine ?

if i remember correctly we had to do so many hours under 1500rpm then so many under 3000rpm untill we reached 40hrs,

then it's fun time....:D

Wahey , nice one :) , did you get a trailer Graham or is that staying with the dealer? Not long now till the macky are splattering tiny little unremovable scales all over her :D

Congratulations she’s a cracking looking boat, arriving just in time for the start of the season. You and your lad look understandably chuffed.

Have you decided on a name yet?

Thanks for the replies lads, I am still grinning and can't wait for launch day on Friday. We could have had her delivered earlier but Micky is off to Northern Norway fishing today and doesn't get back until late thursday.
The copper coat price difference even if we get five years as opposed to the stated ten Martin was neglible as opposed to the cost of a normal anti foul, coupled with the reasoning that a really fit bird at the Southampton boat show copper coat stand told us it was great!!!:D that was us sold!
Easy, yes the engine has got a 40 hour running in period, I will get to the specifics when she is delivered then a service at 40 hours and it's full ahead ted! Hopefully.
The trailer is CTC's Ray, we chose against one due to the move to Royal Quays, if it had of been Amble with the higher lift costs it might have been different though, but the cost of purchase, storage and servicing of a trailer made the lifts at the Royal Quays the favourable( cheaper!! Tight ar&e that I am) option.
Catch reports next weekend.....hopefully!!! I bet it blows a northerly hooolie now!:):):)
