Shields 21.8.09

Had 3hrs on Shields pier today, had all kind sof weather, warm sun with no wind, hail stones, light rain, fog, heavey rain and gales lol.

Anyway not many on due to the above so fished away for 3hrs and ended up with 18 mackerel, 2 nice coalie and 1 sandeel, seen a few other mackerel caught and the odd coalie and pollack.

Sea was nice and flat so 7.30am boat start in the monring

Well done still waiting to see if I am getting out on boat for Sunday. If not I am thinking about a day on Shields pier. Nice to hear there are still a few mackies about.
