Fished shields today at 44 from 10:00 till 17:00, nowt but coalies, mate got a canny dab but that was it. Bait used was a lot of peeler. Lads coming off the end got nowt worth mentioning either. Waste of f*****g time but at least got some fresh sea air.

best to try it in the dark,codling on roker but at night.

was on shields pier from 3.00 till 8.00 ended up with 2 whitey 1 was smaller than my hand suprised it took a 3/0 hook and had a canny dab, most fish iv caught in 2011
