short report of a long day Darlin 30-5-11

took full advantage of todays decent weather, up before crack of dawn...

target....4 codling for local chinese, a few more for us and a request for all the fish heads, again from local chinese.......for soup apparenty

launched 5:45am

full pelt to the happy hunting ground....

ooo! 2 puffins

anyway, it rained a lot, we tried a few wrecks and some rough ground caught plenty codling 5--7lbs, 1 ling 8lb, half a dozen mackeral and this..

fish of the day to billy...taken on unbaited pirk

most were taken on shads,

got back in about 3:30pm

Great report Easyfish and some nice fish , Billy looks happy but the Cod does'nt..

billy hadn't been fishing on a boat for 20 years, he normaly fishes the piers and local marks near hartlepool, had a bit crack with him last friday and took him out with us on mon ......needless to say he was quite happy with the trip...
