Smiths docks and fish i.d plz

Had a quick sesh down Smiths for an hr either side of high resulting in 4 size whiting, this the largest,

Had a small codling and this what i have never caught before,

Is it a schoolie bass?
Baits used were runnydown, macky and squid.
