What type of snap clips do you and what size, for boat fishing.:question:

As long as they are strong.(About an inch in size) I buy a bag of 10 or so out of Boyes-cheap as chips.

I've been waiting for replies to this one I've got no idea what size I use , I know what size to buy when I see them but haven't a clue what size they are , that's why I buy them from a tackle shop instead of over the internet lol, I've bought some naff stuff off the internet through not knowing what sizes things are

same problem here,ive been told there is no standardisation of sizes different manufacturers use different size codes ---crazy

The reason i posted this is, I ordered some on the Internet they where
size 6, thinking the higher the number the larger the snap clip when i got them they were very small and looked like they were for fresh water fishing than sea.
They were the American type clips and seem to be expensive in tackle shops, they must cost next to nothing to manufacture.

I have done some research and found a shop on e bay that you can actually see what what size clips and swivels you are ordering instead of guessing and if you live in the North East you should get them quick the seller is in Newcastle, hope this helps yous that have had the same problem as me.
