Solway on Sunday

Alright lads,Well 4 of us travelled over to The Solway this morning to fish the flood tide,it was slow going and after moving venue our luck changed,well i blanked like but me 2 mates had some decent fish out,,micky had a baby smoothound,followed by another around 3lb,then Marty had a Thornback around 8lb caught on bloody ragworm believe it or not,then lucky stones Micky had another Thornback of 6.5lbs
Once the tide turned that was it but a good day and great weather

Baits = sandeel,peeler,mackerel,ragworm
