Well guys me and my mate Ian decided on a days fishing yesterday at a place which is defo becoming my favourite South Shields. Packed the motor up and put my trolley in for the long walk.
First stop was Felling at Moonfleet angling. Super ragworm, Packs of rolled blacks (and some squid for boat fishing on Monday).
Got to Shields and made for 44 mark. Ian was trying out his new combo of Penn Rampage15 ft 9" rod and Penn fixed spool reel.
The mark turned out very hard work with us both blanking. After few hours tide started to go out so we moved to the end and hit into a good run of fish. First was this little fella.

Then whities turned up and some bigger ones later on.

As dark moved in we called it a day.
Tight lines Mick.
