South Shields & District SAC - Monthly Competition, 05/07/2015

Hi all.

9 members fished this monthly competition, fishing from 2pm till 7pm in sunny and calm conditions.

3 members returned to the scales with fish. The top rods are as follows:

1st - A. Scott, 1 fish, 2lb 0ozs

2nd - D. Hall, 1 fish, 1lb 13ozs

3rd - D. Carrick, 1 fish, 15ozs


Heaviest Fish - A. Scott, 2lb 0ozs, Codling

Heaviest Bag - A. Scott, 2lb 0ozs


Well done to all who fished. There is a general meeting this Tuesday, 7th July, from 7:30pm onwards at the New Crown in South Shields. All members, new members and people wanting to join welcome.

ps was down Shields yesterday and saw couple lads fishing small beach across from the Groin. They were on North Shields side. Looked canny spot. Was there low water about 1.30 pm.
