A good turnout of 20 anglers fished today in rough conditions, with 6 anglers returning to the scales with fish, the top rods are as follows:
1st - B. Bell, 6 fish, 6lb 6ozs
2nd - P. Mclntyre, 4 fish, 5lb 6ozs
3rd - R. Lees, 5 fish, 4lb 8ozs
Heaviest Fish - P. Mclntyre, 2lb 8oz (Codling)
Heaviest Bag - B. Bell, 6lb 6ozs (Whitings)
All top 3 spots and the H/F came from South Shields pier.
