South Shields & District SAC - Monthly Competition, 16/02/2014

Hi all. 16 anglers fished from 11am till 4pm in slightly windy but nice conditions. 9 anglers weighed in. The top rods are as follows:

1st - S. Dorothy, 4 fish, 3lb 13ozs

2nd - A. Scott, 2 fish, 3lb 12ozs

3rd - P. Coates, 4 fish, 3lb 3ozs

4th - H. Elliot, 3 fish, 3lb 2ozs

5th - G. Stobbs, 2 fish, 1lb 14ozs

6th - M. Wilkinson, 2 fish, 1lb 12ozs

7th - M. Jewitt, 1 fish, 1lb 0oz

8th - S. Felstead, 1 fish, 14ozs

9th - R. Overton, 1 fish, 12ozs


Heaviest Fish - A. Scott, 3lb 2ozs, Codling

Heaviest Bag - S. Dorothy, 3lb 13ozs, Codling, Whitings

More pressing matters are afoot Andy! A name appears at the bottom of the weights, im not sure you got the numbers right though, Mr Overton would normally weigh in 2 fish for 12oz!
How you doing mr o? Long time no see, is the Westoe club still going? Remember u putting results up but not saw any for a while

I'm doing good mate, getting my new rod next week. As far as I know the Westoe club is no longer going. I still put results up regular mate, still fish for the club too.

Is that the icon? I was fishing on the groyne a few weeks back(sat nav broke) and a guy was there with the new one and bite detection was great, also saw a 2nd hander and that was a nice bit of kit too.
