Good idea mate best way to learn water craft..., there was a lad fishing off the end of shields pier the south east corner on sunday 27th March, he was catching a few coalies as were us lads on the pier and small codling, however the kayaka did venture into casting range and was a couple of close casts, and on his way in he paddled into my line and stopped just at the last minute as the coalie i had on went past his bow, i was fishing straight off the end.
There was no bother as we shouted watch the lines and one fellow angler to another it was appeciated.
Its just worth a mention as the summer is on its way soon (if we get one) and the kayak boys will be out alot more and so will the mackerel bashers and dont want the 2 to come into contact if you know what a mean !.
