me and my mate steve headed down for 10am sunday morning on a very windy day only a couple of anglers braving the winds. it was a bit slow at first a few canny yt's then the sea's started getting up a few good roller's l said to steve it might push a couple of cod in for us and by 3pm l was in to my one and only cod just under 3lb was over the moon as a joke l said to steve no dowt you will get one bigger and by 4.30pm the sod did a nice cod just under 5lb lucky so and so packed up at 5pm it was a great day even with gale force winds lug and rag was the bait.
l headed down to trow rocks the following night to use up my bait with a couple of my mates loads of yt's kept me bizzy but managed a nice cod just over 2lb l fished from 8.pm till 11.30pm
