Mackerel are still here !!
I had a little window in the busy weekend schedule so i grabbed the trusty 403 and peddled down the pier this afternoon (Shields) and managed 6 mackerel on the spinner on the sea side after the blocks ! The river was a bit mucky and nothing was coming in at all even the bait lads were struggling ... canny 2 hrs

had a walk along blyth pier this afternoon and there was four mack pulled in while i was there , jamcod
