me and phill fished the big beach tonight for a few hours we were messing about for the first hour or so then phill got a great knock and hooked into the fish turned out to be 3 1/2lb cod then i pulled a small flattie out and phill got another good knock and hooked into another cod 2 1/2lb this time.

Nice one Phil ...walked along Tynemouth Beach last night and I just KNEW there would be fish caught somewhere yesterday...

Might just have to get the gear out again (despite promises to her indoors that I'd concentrate on Uni' for while)...
