To the best of my knowledge there is no such place at Marsden, the only wheel that i know of is on Shields pier, its the left side(harbour side) just before you reach the roundhead of the pier.

Yeah the only wheel i know of in shields is on the pier as mentioned from the last set of steps to the round head harbour side

They say it's snaggy there mind, haven't fished it myself but was warned a monster cast and express retrieve is required.

Yeah it is rough ground no need for massive casts aslong as you can hit the set rottem bottoms will give an advantage aswell
