if you mean next to the bridges then there is a bit fresh water but that is not stopping the whiteys coming in force plenty being caught from the ratty all the way up to the stadium of light.
but no dowt with all the weather we are bound to have a river of fresh water and trees, logs etc. etc. coming down soon.
I did the ratty other day but water was very murky so unless you using a smelly bait I would say try more towards the beach, but I did hear there was loads of whitey's being caught at the glass centre. so it depends I think.
I could not say at end of day mate but it all depends what it is like on the day I guess.
try it mate if it is to murky try down the side of the ratty pier in the bay.
I am probs out sunday if want to come going to see if pier open if not the bay it is .
