Spinning reels

Just been to Lidl with the wife and they have some fishing gear in - spinning reels /3000 and 5000 for £15 opened a box and they look pretty good all metal with a spare spool didnt buy as I have enough,did buy a box of 50 night lights for £2.49 I think the reels will go quick the store was in Sunderland:red:

only the green ones were any good last box I got , blue were rubbish and the red wasn't much better.

For that price if a quarter of them work will do me as I only want to use them at night on a float,going to Fuerteventura on Saturday for four weeks,I wouldn't normally buy 50 as I know they have shelf life
 
I got my supply for next winter this morning - still got some that are 3 years old going fine. The green are the best (especially stuck in a float) and the red second - I haven't found a use for the blue ones yet, they're cr@p!

Going to have to crack a red and green one in my fishing cupboard as i've only tried the blue and it looks ok

Cracked the three diffrent colours and you are spot on
 
Got two crivit reels last yr and they're spot on the nightlights are good but the blue ones are crap they look ok in the house but in the black of night they're poor bud .
