hi lads,any suggestions on spinning rods.i'm looking into buying 1 but don't no whats best.i've got a budget of £70.i'll be using it for mackerel and bass.cheers

I got myself a Savage Gear Bushwacker on the recomendation of a few lads on here. Haven't had a chance to fish with it yet but it looks and feels very nice.

If you like the action i would shop about and try and get one of those, veals are doing the 9ft version for £80

ideally you want a 15-50g rod if your wanting to use it for plugs

as mentioned above the bushwhacker is spot on, also nice and fast to chuck lures a fair way out and put a decent amount of action into them if used with braid
