im from the boro , thining of heading off up north to spin for pollack , does anyone knowof any good marks that produce pollack etc for the spinner , ive heard of eyemouth but not sure exactly what fish are present around that necjk of the woods , any one any suggestions thanks.

You can sometimes hit on at Cullernose Point & Dunstanburgh Castle. Havent spun me self at Dunstanburgh but have at Cullernose but with no success. For Cullernose head towards Craster and you can see a rocky outcrop covered in bird poo. You can park up on the side of the road and take the coastal path to get there. For Dunstanburgh head into Craster village and turn left when you reach the view of the harbour. From there it\'s a hefty walk to the castle where you fish just down from there.
Was up at eymouth last weekend ...Fished the back of the caravan park off the rocks ...you have to be like a mountain goat so takes care ...nothing all day tried spinning with no luck 
there was a guy further along from me had one small pollack using the float ...seen two grey seals and a porpoise ...judging by the size of them they had obviously eaten my supper enjoyed it tho... fantastic place to fish with very deep water
