Spirit of Sheilds. 1/11/2011

Fished from 5 till 10 last night. Was a quiet first couple hours before the tide started coming in. Then i landed a nice good sized coaly but unfortunately he was deep hooked so kept him for the pan Next cast i got a slack liner, whilst i was reeling in, then the fish turned direction and went for it, good little fight for a nice sized codling. For the next hour there was a few whiteys to keep me entertained and then on the ebb i struck into another sized codling River turned into a mill pond so headed home at 10ish. Cant wait to get back out.

Was also good to meet Thunderpants (mike??) off here aswell. Hope you had more action as we left mate.

Nice to meet you too Skott and thanks for giving me your left over worms - one of them got me a 2lb codling ! First one I've had from there so I was chuffed to bits. Canny session for me too - one cod , four whiting and an eel. Kept two of the whiting because they were deep hooked. When I was reeling in the codling I didn't notice my other rod had a slack liner and by the time I had landed , baited up , cast out and looked at my other rod whatever it was had swum completely under the Spirit platform and was lodged there. I tried for ten mins or so to get it out then my line snapped - if anyone pulls a biggun out from under there with a spare rig in it's mouth it's mine lol

go into quick links then prevate message, then look for attachments on left hand side an it sould bring a list of pcture codes of pics u have put up then look for date and u should find it, that is what i have just done and got to see most of my picture i have put up over the years on nesa ,, hope that helps

If it was originally hosted on imageshack then there's no chance. Imageshack started charging witgout notce and lots of people have lost lots of pics, shows the importance of baking your data up.

Good little tip that Waco but unfortunately the last 4 photos were not of the coddys, with a bit of luck I may have them on an old memory stick.

Yeah imageshack charging aswell as Photobucket, non of my pics work and looking back at old threads when the forum was busy all photos don't show up. Shame.
