split ovals

hi all what size split ovals do people use to make there rigs with instead of using swivels ?

I generally use the 1/0 size at the top of my rig with a Gemini rig clip on the end of my leader for quick changeover. They are pretty small but as I was first given some by Mark Jakins when I started field casting I know they are plenty strong enough

cheers stewart when a look at the 1/0 the braking strain was 60lb will that be ok
