Ss pier very quiet today

Got to the pier at 11 today with Fishingmark and Andy co not a lot of action with me getting 2 small codling and a flounder . Fishingmark got a small codling, 2 flounders and a 5 bearded rockling for the species hunt and Andy co had a blankety blank
Lovely day to fish , fish till 8 o'clock the biggest of the day

Had 3 small codling off the small wall, my dad had 2. Poor like but nice to be out using my new rod.

Not many fish about today but the time flew by. A bit decent weather and some good company just the fish missing.
Saying for the day; "plaice on". There never was though.

same storry on saturday, small stuff but at least yer were catching so well done. Hard lines on no spotty
